Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what personal data Future Site di Haidar Anbar collects through futuresite.it, why, and what your rights are. It follows art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Future Site di Haidar Anbar (owner: Haidar Anbar), Via Vito Volterra 3/A, Ancona (AN), Italy, P.IVA IT03011260423. You can reach us at contact@futuresite.it.

2. Data we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, message and the time you accepted this policy. We also keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, to stop abuse. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical server logs (such as IP address, date and requested page). We use no analytics and no tracking.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use contact form data only to answer your message, either as a step you asked for before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (art. 6.1.f). Server logs are used to keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

4. How long we keep data

Contact messages are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short, limited period. Data needed for a contract that follows your enquiry is kept as long as the law requires.

5. Who receives the data

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email provider (Aruba), both acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR. It may be disclosed to authorities when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the EU

We choose providers that store data in the European Union. If a provider ever transfers data outside the EU, it must do so under the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (art. 15–22 GDPR). Write to contact@futuresite.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Cookies

We use only technical cookies, which do not need consent. See the cookie policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.

10. Contact

For any question about your data, write to contact@futuresite.it or use the contact page.
